difference between endoplasmic reticulum and golgi apparatus

endoplasmic reticuLum gets ribosomes suspended in the surrounding and make protein with them....from here protein goes to golgi apparatus in vesicles...in Golgi appratus the protein is customised in the form that the cell can use...Golgi appratus does this by giving it a usable shape and by adding other materials such as Lipid and Carbohydrates.
