Answer:

The osmotic flow of water into a cell is placed in a solution, whose dilute concentration is less than that Of the cell sap, ie. Endosmosis. While the osnotic outflow of water from a cell, when it is placed in a solution whose solute concentrationis more than that of the cell sap, is called Exosmosis. We can see it in case of grapes. If we placed grapes in a dilute sugar solution then it will swell up and then bursts. This is example of Endosmosis. While if we placed the grapes in strong sugar solution then it will shrink. This is example of Exosmosis.

Answer:

The key difference between the two processes is that in endosmosis the movement of water inside the cell while in the case of exosmosis the elimination of water out of it. ... Endosmosis takes place if the cells are placed in hypotonic solutions because of which, the cells may swell because of endosmosis.
