Hey Mate

Eukaryotic cells contain membrane-bound organelles, such as the nucleus, while prokaryotic cells do not. Differences in cellular structure of prokaryotes and eukaryotes include the presence of mitochondria and chloroplasts, the cell wall, and the structure of chromosomal DNA.

Eukaryotes:-

Eukaryote means 'true nucleus'.

Well organised nucleus with nuclear membrane is present.

They are generally multicellular.

Consists of more than one chromosomes.

Ribosomes in it are larger.

Cell size 1-10um.

Examples:- Animal and Plant cells.

Prokaryotes:-

Prokaryote means 'early nucleus'.

Nuclear membrane is absent.

They are generally unicellular.

Consists of only one chromosome.(But not true chromosome-Plasmid).

Ribosomes in it are smaller in size.

Cell size 10-100um.

Examples:- Cells of Bacteria and Archaea.

Hope it helps...:-)
