Eukaryotic cell - Eukaryotic cells are the very complex and in present in trillions which can be single called or multicellular .

Eu mens new and karyon means nucleus so these are the advanced type of cell that is found in plants and animals and fungi .Eucaryotic cells have well defined nucleus and different organells to perform different function within the cell .

Prokaryotic cell - prokaryotic cells are very simple , small cells . prokaryotic cell are most primitive kind of cell and lack of features as compared to the eukaryotic cell.

pro means 'old ' and karyon means nucleus . prokaryotic cells do not have well defined nucleus but DNA molecules is located in the cell termed as nucleoid ....
