Eukaryotic organisms have well defined nucleus with well defined nuclear membrane, cell organelles like Endoplasmic Reticulum, golgi apparatus, ribosomes, etc.

Prokaryotic organisms have only a chromosome in the middle of the cell instead of nucleus, does not contain much cell organelles but contains golgi bodies.
