EUTECTIC point is the lowest possible melting point of a mixture of two substance .wereas TRIPLE point is the condition under which three phases of a substance coexist in eqilibrium.

Eutectic point is the temperature at which a particular eutectic mixture freezes or melts.

Triple point is when the 3 phases namely solid ice, liquid water, water vapour  are simultaneously at equilibrium.
