Evaporation is the process of conversion of a substance from liquid to gaseous state at any temperature less than boiling point. Evaporation doesn't occur at a constant temperature.
Condensation is the process of conversion of a substance from gaseous to liquid state at a constant temperature. The constant temperature at which condensation occurs is called liquefaction point.
