A farm is an area of land and its building and sheds, used for growing crop and raising livestock i.e. animals.

A farm is a piece of land where livestock are raised and the crop is grown for use of food, fiber, and fuel.

A Granary, on the other hand, is a storehouse of threshed grain.

Granaries are often built at a bit higher level above the ground to keep the stored food away from mice and other animals.

Granary is a storehouse of the reserved grains.
