1. Fragmentation is an asexual type of reproduction found in lower organisms like paramoecium.this process involves in splitting of single organism (parent) into two daughter organisms.this fragmentation process helps in replication of those organisms and thus increase their number.
2. Often regeneration and reproduction are identified as synonyms but not.

Regeneration means regeneration.for example say a lizard has cut its tail by some injury or some external factor.the lizard will develop a new tail in a few days.similarly, when you cut down a tree branch it again grows which is termed as regeneration.regenerattion helps an organism to survive long life
