Frequency is the number of times a particle oscillating in a medium passes the mean (equilibrium) position in one second.  Frequency f is the reciprocal of time period T.   Its units are Hz or 1/second.

Wavelength λ is the distance the wave (disturbance and energy) travels along the line of propagation in one time period T.  Time period is the duration that a particle in a medium takes to oscillate and return to its equilibrium position.  It is the time duration for the particle to be in the same phase during the oscillation.
The unit of wavelength are  meter.

frequency means number of complete oscillations in one second.

wavelength is the distance that wave travels along the line of propagation in one time period.
