Difference between fresh water and salt water lakes?

fresh water lakes :-the fresh water is a water in which a large amount of minerals are there and it is pure, filter,clean water.

salt water lakes :- In this a large amount of salt is there which we can't drink directly.

Fresh water lake - it is a kind of collection of water where minerals r in diluted form n not concentrated too much which can be used directly for eg - dal lake etc
Salt water lakes r those where concentration of salt is highest especially in those lakes where there is no way for water to go n due to which it's concentration gets higher eg- chilka lake etc
