Answer:

Fundamental rights are rights and freedoms guaranteed by constitutions of some countries of the world to their citizens. These rights have a legal sanction and are enforceable in a court of law. On the other hand fundamental duty is the basic duty or responsibility bestowed on you as a citizen of the country.

Our fundamental right have been enforced for us by law whereas our fundamental duties are not. This means that our duties are our own responsibility but rights are rules which have been given to us. The rights were created for our protection and for the smooth run of a democratic country. The duties are responsibilities which ensure that our rights are not violated. Our duties are what make us better human being the duties are things which should happen automatically and we shouldn’t be forced to do them they should be in our human structure/mind. The rights also should come naturally but to maintain any place rules/guidelines need to be placed but since a country is a really big area and not all can be monitored rules need to come in place for easy functioning.
