2) In Gametogenesis, gametes are the haploid cells.
3) In gametogenesis meiotic cell division takes place.
4) It’s a pre-fertilization event.
5) It leads to:(a) spermatogenesis (formation of male gametes).
(b) Oogenesis (formation of female gametes).
Embryogenesis
1) Embryogenesis is the formation of an embryo from the zygote.
2) In Embryogenesis, an embryo is a diploid cell.
3) In mitotic division occur in Embryogenesis.
4) It’s a post-fertilization event.
5) It leads to organogenesis (organ formation).
