Answer:

The main difference between phototropism and geotropism is that phototropism is the growth of plants towards light whereas geotropism is the growth of plants towards gravity. Furthermore, the stem of plants shows positive phototropism while the root of the plant shows positive geotropism

Hello friend

Geotrophism.

The term geotrophism means growing towards the earths gravity.

It is also called gravitrophism organs which grow towards gravity are positivity geotropic eg root tip and those that grow away from the gravity are negatively geotropic eg shoot tip.

Phototrophism

Phototrophism means movement towards light illuminating them from all direction grow more or less upward.

Thus shoot are called positively phototropic and roots are negative phototropic.

Thankyou so much friend for your points.
