whereas
a globe is a 3d model of Earth which represents the political features of Earth but not the physical features.

• Minute details could be shown on a map.

• A map can be folded, rolled or bound in a book and carried easily.

GLOBE-

• The globe can not show a small area.

• Only continents and oceans can be shown on the globe.

• A globe cannot be folded and cannot be rolled. And it cannot be carried easily.
