The difference is same as that of fire and it's luminosity. Same as the difference between brain and intelligence. Nature is all the things surrounding us (Obviously which is not human made) i.e. from a tree near our house to our galaxy in which we live is called Nature. Concisely we can say, materialistic form is called nature. We can see it, we can sense it, we can feel it.

When we try to scrutinize nature deeply, we can feel a grand design working within.( e.g. electronic movement around nucleous ) we can see intelligence design in everywhere around us. Even our own body parts functions intelligently. This all thing works so coherently as if someone is controlling it. That imaginary somebody is depicted as GOD by many religious and philosophical personalities as well as by prophets.

Explanation:

Elevating nature to the status of God isnot right because nature is subject to physical laws while God is not subject to anyone or anything. Nature can cease to exist, but "all existence" exists in God!
