There are two type of listeners, good listeners and the bad listeners. Whereas a good listener listens to what the other person is saying and pays complete attention to it, a bad listener fails to listen, he/she never lets the other person complete the sentence or interrupt in between. Good listening is characterized by attentiveness and empathy while bad listening is just the opposite.
