Most Unhealthy People's Problems come from their minds.

They forget to eat because they are self-absorbed, or because they have a distorted perception of their body, or have no awareness of their body, or their emotions are making them want to overeat or under-eat.

Most healthy people feel good inside.

Their minds tend to be positive and they expect good things will happen to them if they do their part in life.

They have faith in the inherent goodness of the world.

Maybe they believe in karma.

They are proactive and also aware of their body's needs.

They interpret their body's signals accurately.

When it's hungry, they feed it, not deprive it.
