the heat of an object is the total energy of all the molecular motion inside that object
temperature is a measure of average heat or thermal energy of a molecules in a substance.......

Hi friend,

HEAT : Heat is energy which is measured in joules. Heat is the total amount of potential and kinetic energy.

TEMPERATURE : Temperature is not energy which is measured in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Temperature is just the average of kinetic energy.
