Heat : i) the heat of an object is the total energy of all the molecular motion inside that object.
ii) the SI unit of heat is Joule.
iii) the symbol for heat is Q.
iv) it is the measure of the number of atom multiplied by the energy possessed by each atom.
v) it has the ability to do the work.

Temperature : i) Temperature is the measure of the thermal energy of the molecular in a substance.
ii) the SI unit for temperature is Kelvin.
iii) the symbol for temperature is T.
iv) it is like a level which determines the direction in which the heat will flow. It is related to how fast molecular within a substance are moving.
v) it can be used to measure the degree of heat.
