HLDA: a) HLDA (i.e Hold-Acknowledge) is an Output-signal which is used by the 8085 Microprocessor which passes an acknowledgement-signal to HOLD that the HOLD-Request has been received by the 8085 Microprocessor & it will withdraw the Buses in the next clock cycle.
