Planning to take a family vacation in 3rd week of December.The places we have short listed are Kerala-Munnar,Kovalam & back waters. Or Himachal-Manali,Dalhousie,Dharamshala. We would be travelling for 9 days with kids aged 4 to 8 yrs. Pls suggest which would be a better place to go this time of the year & with kids.
