Mother’s milk offers the appropriate amounts of carbohydrate, protein, and fat, breast milk provides vitamins, minerals, digestive enzymes, and hormones required for an infant. Cow’s milk has high amounts of calcium that is essential for development and strengthening of bones. It also has a number of other nutrients and vitamins (either naturally or through fortification) including Biotin, Iodine, Magnesium, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, etc.
