What is the difference between hyposecretion and hypersecretion?
Hyposecretion is 'too little' secretion of substances.
Hypersecretion is 'too much' secretion of substances.
What is hyposecretion?
hyposecretion is when not enough (hypo=low) of a certain substance (usually a hormone) is being secreted(released) into the bloodstream etc.. For example, a hyposecretion of growth hormone would result in that individual in having pituitary-dwarfism.

It means producing too much of something, usually from a gland.
