both are the preposition in is used for someting inside the box etc and at is use for pointing something above the box or table etc.

In is used for : 1.year.....e.g in 2020
2. month.......e.g.in march
3. season.......e.g. in winter
At is used for : time......at four a clock
specific time......at dinner, at lunch, at brunch, etc
sopecific place........at the picnic
