Water bath is a painted or coated panel that is completely immersed in demonized water. These panels are placed in a container which is a corrosion resistant. The best part about this container is, the water inside is keep on recalculated that maintains the oxygen level in water and avoid stagnation.

On the other hand, incubator is a chamber or a fridge like structure set at a specific temperature to maintain and grow microbial cultures. The incubator maintains conditions like oxygen and carbon dioxide in the inside atmosphere.
