3.in china the members of PRI and others of 8 smaller parties are allowed to contest the election
4.in india no one could any new party to contest election
5. to Winn the election the rulling party use many cheap tricks
6. in india their are many opposition party to oppose to such cheap tricks
7.newly contested party have no chance of winning
8. while in india newly contested party have equal chance of winning
