Europe is actually located in temperate climate zone. Central Europe generally falls into the temperate maritime climate. The southern part of Europe chiefly follows the patterns of the Mediterranean climate of the north-central part which is followed dry summer climate is defined by rainy winters and dry summers and eastern part falls into central Russia which mostly follows the pattern of humid continental climate.

Whereas India is a tropical country, so there is an enormous distinction in the season's patterns between Indian and European climate.

The main distinction between both kinds of weather is that in Europe summertime is for short span and cold winter is the dominates the climate for the longer period. But in India, the warm and humid climate is dominated for maximum duration.
