2)group guidance: where group of people guide you in there opinion there will be different opion..because they are in group...

There is a lot of difference between the guidance which is provided individually, and the guidance which is provided in groups. In guidance which is provided individually shall be easy to understate and analyze by the one who is being guided, the reason for this is because there are no multiple views on a single topic.
