Individual resources are those resources which are owned by an individual and can't be accessed by someone else. These are also referred as private resource. These are indicators of a capitalist country and its influence. For eg - land, house, car etc.

National resources are resources which are pertain to the nation and legally, the country has authority to use these resources. Some examples of national resources are wildlife, rivers, forests, canals and areas within the political boundaries etc.
