INDIVIDUAL RESOURCES ARE OWNED BY A SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL OR A PERSON EG. A PLOT OWNED BY A SINGLE PERSON IS SAID TO BE INDIVIDUAL . THIS RESOURCE CANNOT BE USED BY ANY OTHER PERSON WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE OWNER . The resources which are available to all members of the community are called community owned resources. Eg - Pasture land (grazing land) , farming land ...etc..

I hope this will help you. mark as Brainliest.
