Induced electric field ; Is electric current which originates in a conductor by use of a fluctuating magnetic field around the conductor.
Field due to static charge: the electric field of the charge causes polarization of the molecule of the styrofoam due to electrostatic , induction, resulting in a sight attractions of the light plastic pieces to the charged for. this is also the cause of static cling in clothes.
