I personally have never heard “Inspired from” being used in a sentence. “Inspired by” has always been used because “Inspired from” sounds a little strange and incorrect
For example:
Someone asks you why you painted the sea. You reply “I was inspired by a picture I saw in a book”
Another example: You’re painting your bedroom orange, inspired by the colours of the sun at sunrise

inspired by is commonly used tense and is well renowned in the literature it can easily be accepted in any stage or speech whereas inspired from will seem bit odd in speech and sometimes considered be non existent by few people.
