  • Capability, or the word can be  potential, and capacity are all thesynonyms for ability. It assesses that whether or not you have the main of the necessary resources to complete a task.
  • Personal skills are skills that enable people to engage positively with one another. Personal skills, often known as interpersonal or people skills, are soft talents.
