Difference between interstitial fluid and lymph:-

Interstial fluids are simple form of fluids found around the the cells. They leak out from blood capillaries and bring oxygen and nutrients to the cell.

Meanwhile lymph is the liquid which is given out by the lymphatic organs of our body and mainly consists of blood plasma and white blood cells.

Lymph is contained between lymphatic vessels whereas interstitial fluid is fluid between cells not contained in any vessels. Interstitial fluid becomes lymph when it’s taken by up lymphatic capillaries. Interstitial fluid and lymph are similar at first (in the capillaries and small collecting vessels), but the lymph changes composition later along its course, especially as it passes through lymph.
