elements having different atomic mass are know as isotopes.
for ex=chlorine it has two different atomic masses (i) 35 and (II) 37
Isobars
different element having same atomic mass are knows as isobars
foe ex =argon and potassium both have same atomis mass i.e 39
[difference in their atomic masses occur due to the no. of nutron present in their nucleus]
