difference between java and bastar

a.Java was ruled by dutch whereas bastar was ruled by colonial government .

b.In Java teak woods trees were cut so that Japanese should not use it but in bastar trees cut for ships and sleepers for railways.

c.In Java bringing horse cattle etc in forest people need liscence but in bastar cattle grazing was itself banned.

d .In Java hunting was banned but in bastar if they work for free it is allowed.
