Justiciable means that provisions of constitution against whose violation we can go to court while as non justiciable means for the enforcement of these provisions we can not go to court.
Our fundamental rights are justiciable means if state infringes upon your FRs you can take it to court while as our Directive Principles of State Policy DPSPs are not justiciable means for their enforcement you can not drag state in the court.
