Difference between kharif crop and rabi crops:

(i) Kharif crop: This is a type of crop, this crop is grown in rainy season. In our country the months from June to September is the rainy season.

Examples:

  • Maize,
  • Paddy,
  • Ground nut.

(ii) Rabi crop: This is a type of crop, this is grown in the winder season. In our country the winter season starts form October and ends at yearly March of the next year.

Examples:

  • Wheat,
  • Gram,
  • Linseed.
