it is caused due to the presence of an additional copy of X chromosome resulting into a karyotype of 47 XXY
Such an individual has overall masculine development however the feminine development (development of breast I.e. Gynaecomestia. is also expressed such individual are sterile
TURNER SYNDROM:- such a disorder is caused due to the absence of one of the X chromosome it mean 45 with XO such female are sterile is ovaries are rudimentary decided other features including lack of other secondary sexual character.

Turner syndrome is the dysgenesis in the female gonads, while Klinefelter syndrome is the male hypogonadism. These can be explained by saying that both the terms are problems related to the sex chromosomes, as in the earlier one there is lacking of one of the sex chromosomes and so-called as monosomy (2n-1), while the latter consist of the extra sex chromosome and so-called as trisomy (2n+1).
