Kwashiorkor :-

• Occurs due of difficiency of protein in diet
• Skin shows no changes
• It occurs in children from 1 to 5 age .

Marasmus :-

• Occurs due to difficiency of protein , carbohydrates and fat in diet.
• Skin is flaky
• Occurs in infant upto 1 year
