hello friend here's your answer..
layering is a method in which branch of the plant with atleast one node is bent towards the ground and a part of it is covered with moist soil leaving the tip of the branch above the ground. after sometime new roots develop from the part of the branch.... whereas tissue culture is a technology where a new plant is produced from explant...that is any part of the plant and grown in a test tube under sterile conditions..in a nutrient media...
