So, let the breadth be B
Given that:-
L-B=20
L=20+B
So, now we have the length also.

L×B=400
(20+B)×B=400
20B+B²=400
20B+B²-400=0
After solving it by quadratic equation formula ,we will get the value of B as 12.4 m
So, breadth =12.4 m
Length=20+12.4=32.4 m
So, now 2(L+B)=2(12.4+32.4)=89.6 m
Difference between L and B=20 m
