difference between linux and windows in operating system?

Linux operating system

Linux is a Kernel(Bundle os Program for Managing Hardwares with OS,and Performs Memory Management Tasks and etc)but Not an OS. When We are Adding GUI and Softwares ie Called GNU/Linux.Kernel is a Heart of Gnu/Linux OS.

windows operating system

Windows Os is Closed One but It has GUI Since 1980 or Something. Since 1970 or 80 Periods Most of Os are Not GUI Based. So, Windows Comes With GUI and Hits The World till now.
