Lithosphere is outermost part of Earth surface consisting of the crust and the upper Mantle whereas the term hydrosphere refers to all the water bodies present in the Earth's surface i.e., lakes, pond, etc. In other simple words lithoshere refer to land and hydrosphere refers to water surface.
