Lone pair is the pair of electrons that are not involved in bonding.... They pair up with its own atoms electron.
Bond pair is the pair of electrons that are involved in bonding..... They pair up with another Atoms electrons to form the bond

lone pair means those pair of electrons which are not forming any bond with other atom.whereas electrons of bond pair form bond with other aom.
lone pair- lone pair repulsions are very high than bond pair - bond pair  repulsions and thus lone pair - lone pair repulsion give tells us about the bond angle of the particular molecule.
