Difference between long term and short term budget

long term budget.. a budget with a term usually longer than one year. a long range budget involves more uncertainly than a short term becoz typically a market movements and the buisness cycle are more easily predictable in the short term. both of them are important for the achiving the goal vision,and mission(long term planning budget).and the current needed goal of the current year(short term budget)
