There are two systems of oxygen-acetylene welding. High Pressure System: In this process the oxygen and acetylene are taken for use from high pressure cylinders. Low Pressure System: In this system oxygen is taken from high pressure cylinder and the acetylene is produced by the action of Calcium carbide and water.
