The differences between lymph and plasma are:
Lymph=
1) Lymph is a clear fluid which acts as the bridge between a blood and the tissues.
2) Lymph transport digit fats and fat soluble vitamins. It fights again certain bacteria and disposes them.

Plasma=
1) plasma is the protein rich part of the blood making of fifty percent of the same.
2) It provides a medium for the blood cells to suspended. It possesses protein which bring about clotting of the blood.
