Lysosome :

Cell organelle contain hydrolytic enzymes.

Digest the charbohydrates, protein, lipids, nucleic acids and invading bacteria.

Present in eukaryotes (animals).

Does not occupied 90% of space in cell.

It breads down cell that are ready to die ,a process called autolysis.

Formed from golgi apparatus.

Vacoule:

Cell organelle contain water, sap, excretory products.

Perform the function of temporary storage.

Present in prokaryotes and eukaryotes (plants).

Occupied 90% of space in cell.and maintain the structure of the cell.

Do not perform autolysis.

Not derive from golgi apparatus.
